HOW DO I ORDER CUSTOM PRODUCTS?

It is very simple! Just follow the steps on the product page to select the correct size and upload the required image/logo.

 

I HAVE UPLOADED AN INCORRECT IMAGE or I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY IMAGE?

Not a problem, we will be in contact with you after receiving your order with a mock up prior to dispatch. You can advise us here, or contact us at devsignaus@gmail.com with your order number and updated design

 

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME BETWEEN ORDERING AND DISPATCH?

Within 48 - 72 hours after your order, we will contact you with a mock up. If there are any issues with your design which may cause a problem with printing, we will contact you and assist you.

Printing time varies depending on quantity and size. For a firm timeframe please contact us at devsignaus@gmail.com

approximate printing time is between 3 - 7 days after the mockup is approved.

 

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY MOCK UP

No problem at all, if you aren't 100% satisfied with the mockup we sent and would like to make any changes, just let us know! We will make the requested design changes and send you an updated mock up!

(Please note - there may be a design fee charged if you request us to modify your design, significantly change your design or need to make too many alterations after ordering. Please make sure to be clear in describing the changes, if any, that need to be made)

 

I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND AND WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER

We completely understand, stuff happens and we are here to help. Due to merchant checkout fees, we charge a 10% cancellation fee on all orders if cancelled prior to receiving your mock up (unless an exemption is made to waive the fee on a case by case basis). It is important to contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel. Once a mock up has been created, if you choose to cancel your order, the cancellation fee will be 15 - 20% depending on the simplicity of your design. For repeat offenders, or if multiple alterations have been made before a cancellation request has been made, the cancellation fee may be even greater. This will be on a case by case basis

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on change of heart on custom products. If you choose to cancel your order, this must be done prior to printing beginning. We may be able to cancel your order throughout the printing stage, however this will incur a cancellation fee to be determined depending on size, quantity and percentage of order printed.

 

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE ORDER I RECIEVED

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Within Australia, shipping time is usually between 5 - 7 business days. Peak seasons (Easter, Christmas etc) and external factors (natural disasters, pandemics.. wink wink..) may cause delays.

International order will generally take between 10 - 20 business days depending on location

 

CAN YOU DESIGN MY LOGO TOO?

If you need any help with logo design just reach out to us via our contact form or via email (devsignaus@gmail.com). We can certainly help with designing your logo as well - Please note, this is not a free service and a fee will be added to your order.
